Job summary

Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Charlotte seeks a friendly, bilingual Front Office Call Center Coordinator to greet clients, answer calls, and route inquiries. You will be the first and often the last voice clients hear as you guide them through their day.

You’ll welcome guests, help organize meetings, support the NC office, and, once hired, complete the NC Notary in a timely manner. Join a compassionate team committed to helping injured people.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls from injured clients.
• Be the first voice callers hear and the last person they meet when handing their check.
• Welcome guests, facilitate meetings, and help run the Charlotte office.
• Complete NC Notary certification in a timely manner after hire.
