What The Day Looks Like

In this important role, you will work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC & SC to answer and route calls from injured people. It’s fast-paced, and requires a high degree of empathy as many callers are facing very difficult circumstances. No two days are the same. You’ll often be the first voice people hear when they call, and you may be the last person they meet, as you hand them their check at the end of their case. It’s a good fit for compassionate professionals. You'll also captain the ship at our Charlotte location – welcoming guests, facilitating meetings, and running the office. It’s a good fit a responsible, compassionate professional. Once hired you will be required to successfully pass the NC Notary in a timely manner.
