The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Floater Bilingual Front Office Call Center Coordinator to greet clients and manage calls, with onboarding in Charlotte and a transition to remote work after training.

You will begin your role working in our Charlotte office during the onboarding and training period. Once you are fully onboarded and established in the role, you will transition to a remote work arrangement from your home. While working remotely, you will be expected to maintain flexibility to travel to our Asheville, Charlotte, and Greensboro offices as needed to provide backup coverage and support.
In this important role, you will work alongside a close-knit team spread across NC & SC to answer and route calls from injured people. It’s fast-paced, and requires a high degree of empathy as many callers are facing very difficult circumstances.
No two days are the same. You’ll often be the first voice people hear when they call, and you may be the last person they meet, as you hand them their check at the end of their case.

You’ll also help captain the ship at our Charlotte location – welcoming guests, facilitating meetings, and running the office.
