Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, handle telephone coverage and appointment scheduling.
• Process patient referrals and authorizations under supervision.
• Enter charges and handle cash or payments.
• Maintain patient records, lab reports and communications per department policies.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, patients and insurance companies as needed.
