Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Front desk experience in medical/front office preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and on the phone.
• Answer calls professionally, take messages, and return calls promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and manage type of visit.
• Verify insurance eligibility prior to appointments and assist with inquiries.
• Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and professionally.
• Support the clinical team with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized front office environment.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and clinic policies.
