Docsby & Vitaminise in Orlando, FL is seeking a Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist who speaks Spanish and English to join our patient-centered team. You will provide clinical support, assist with venipuncture, ECGs, and in-office lab work, while also handling patient access and experience in a warm, collaborative environment.

The role requires certification or diploma in medical assisting, phlebotomy skills, and comfort with EHR and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification or diploma (CCMA, RMA, CMA, or equivalent).
• Phlebotomy skills with confidence in venipuncture.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting (preferred).
• Patient access or reception experience (preferred).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred).
• Comfort using an EHR and Google Workspace.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Rooming patients, taking vital signs, updating histories in the EHR, venipuncture, ECGs, in-office lab tests, injections, and prep of rooms.
• Patient Access: Greet and guide patients, verify insurance, collect copays, schedule appointments, handle calls and forms.
• Patient Experience: Deliver bilingual service, inform about follow-ups, address concerns, escalate when needed.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties to support the team and practice.
