As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and patient-centered.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Answer phone calls professionally, take accurate messages, and return calls promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments while maintaining the provider’s schedule and ensuring the correct appointment type is assigned.
• Verify insurance eligibility prior to appointments and assist with insurance-related inquiries.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Work closely with the clinical team to support providers, staff, visitors, and patients with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and Clinic policies.
• Participate in team huddles and meetings to stay aligned with practice goals and updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Familiarity with insurance eligibility verification and payer portals.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This is an on-site position at our Orlando office. The role involves sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, as well as frequent use of hands for computer and phone work.
