Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience with basic knowledge of medical insurance processes.
• Strong communication skills for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone interactions.
• ASC/Medical Office experience preferred.
• EMR/EHR systems experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk calendar.
• Verify patient insurance or financial responsibility.
• Collect payments and process transactions.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate patient data and records.
• Monitor waiting times and communicate with patients.
• Ensure timely front desk operations and openings/closings.
