Job summary

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Milwaukee. This high-volume role focuses on hiring janitorial team members with a hybrid work arrangement (in-office 4 days/week at ABM, 411 East Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI 53202). Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.

The Recruiter will source and attract top talent, develop recruiting plans, and manage the full lifecycle from presentation to onboarding. 2+ years in high-volume TA or staffing is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in high-volume Talent Acquisition or Staffing, preferably service-level/light industrial roles.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with candidates to facilitate the hiring process across channels.
• Source candidates and manage full life cycle including presentation, selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and scheduling interviews.
• Develop recruiting plans and leverage multi-channel sourcing strategies.
