Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing.
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and listening skills, written and verbal.
• Spanish proficiency required.
• Customer-centric with collaborative relationships.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen passive prospects and active applicants with Bullhorn.
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in the VMS Fieldglass/Beeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection.
• Demonstrate adaptability, urgency, and strong communication with stakeholders.
