Job summary

Kelly Services in Milwaukee is hiring a Recruiter to own full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, onsite at West Allis, WI 53214. You’ll attract, source and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS, and keep candidate records updated in Fieldglass/Beeline VMS.

Base pay range is $25-$28 per hour with overtime possible; benefits package supports total well-being and inclusion provisions are

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing capacity.
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction
• Experience with ATS & VMS platforms and sourcing tools (Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar)
• Situational adaptability and learning agility, demonstrating the capability to shift work efforts with new, changing and/or ambiguous scenarios
• Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Spanish professional proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system Bullhorn
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System VMS Fieldglass/Beeline
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices
