Job summary

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Milwaukee. This high-volume role will focus on janitorial team members in the Milwaukee Market, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Hybrid work arrangement requires in-office presence 4 days/week at the ABM office, 411 East Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI 53202. As a key member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will develop recruiting plans, implement creative strategies, and manage the full life cycle

Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-office setting in Milwaukee.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for candidate sourcing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for frontline/janitorial roles in Milwaukee.
• Manage full life cycle of recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, closing, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to present qualified candidates and negotiate offers.
