Job summary

Tenderness Health Care in Milwaukee is hiring a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to provide on-site support. You will greet clients, manage calls, and maintain records to ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and can multitask with solid computer skills. Hours are Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:30pm and Fri 8:30am-3:30pm; benefits include Medical Benefits, Life Insurance, PTO and Holidays.

Qualifications

• HS Degree/GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written/oral).
• Proficient with computer software.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, staff, and vendors in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains accounts by creating, obtaining, recording, and updating personal information.
• Assist with files, audits, data entry, orientation, and time sheets.
• Answering Multi-line Phone System.
• Process and sort outgoing and incoming mail and packages.
• Reminder calls to clients and PCW’s
