America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in English and Spanish to warmly greet customers, manage schedules, and record patient information in our Gainesville, GA stores. You will handle phone calls, confirm appointments, and support daily operations while following safety protocols.

Formación

• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive.
• Maintain organized patient records and manage appointment flow.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining documents from insurance companies.
• Provide basic and accurate information to customers.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and classes.
• File patient records daily and pull files for next-day appointments.
• Check order status and notify customers of delays or completion.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with supplies.
• Receive and sort mail/deliveries and participate in meetings.
