Job summary

Synergy Orthopedic Specialists Medical Group in San Diego seeks a detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage phones in a fast-paced medical office. Job Location: CC 04 - Sorrento - San Diego, CA 92121, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Health Care, Synergy Orthopedic Specialists Medical Group is looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Representative located in San Diego. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system is recommended. A minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required. Job duties include but are not limited to greetings customers, nurturing patient relationships, answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicating effectively with physicians and staff, assisting with insurance eligibility, and obtaining authorizations.

Qualifications: Requirements
