Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Technician/Therapist to support children with ABA-based therapies in Cypress, TX. You will implement treatment plans under supervision and track client progress to promote skill development.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities, strong communication, and teamwork. Prior ABA experience and CPR/First Aid certification are a plus; background checks and training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in ABA therapy.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and training as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a licensed professional.
• Conduct assessments and track progress for clients with behavioral and speech challenges.
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development.
• Support children in social interactions and communication through play-based activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families in English and Spanish.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other therapists.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
