Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Cypress, TX is seeking a Bilingual Behavioral Technician/Therapist to support children with developmental needs. You will implement treatment plans under supervision and help families with ABA-based strategies in a warm, collaborative environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication. CPR/First Aid is a plus; background check required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience working with children with special needs, particularly in ABA therapy, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Conduct assessments and track progress for clients with behavioral and speech challenges.
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development.
• Support children in social interactions and communication through play-based activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and client progress.
• Communicate effectively with families in English and Spanish.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other therapists.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
