Job summary

TeamBuilders is a community-focused behavioral health organization seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the first impression at our front desk. You will greet clients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and assist families with enrollment and paperwork.

You will collaborate with clinicians and school partners to process referrals within 24 hours and ensure seamless access to services. A High School Diploma is required; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to serve diverse community.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in front office/administrative roles in behavioral health or healthcare is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage front desk duties: scheduling, insurance verification, and payments collection.
• Coordinate intake, enrollment, and referrals with clinical staff and school partners.
• Handle communications via phone, text, and email and maintain EMR data accurately.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and organize meeting rooms and common areas.
• Support and participate in training, seminars, and meetings as needed.
