Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred to serve Southern New Mexico communities.
• Detail-oriented multitasking across front desk tasks and data entry.
• Strong communication and professional conduct in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and manage front desk presence.
• Coordinate scheduling, intake interviews, and insurance verification.
• Assist families with paperwork and enrollment processes.
• Process referrals and communicate with clinical teams to support timely access to care.
• Maintain lobby, meeting rooms, and reception areas organized and welcoming.
• Support school-based referral processes and intake within 24 hours of referral receipt.
