Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the main front desk representative at our Los Lunas office. You will welcome clients, handle intake, scheduling, and insurance verification, and coordinate referrals with the clinical team.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with a HS diploma or higher, and at least two years in a behavioral health/medical front office role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for client outreach and communication.
• Minimum two years in a behavioral health/healthcare office environment.
• Strong front desk ownership and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Manage client intake, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Process registrations, consents, and authorizations.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions with clinical staff and schools.
• Maintain accurate data entry in EMR and reporting logs.
