Job summary

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health in Taos, NM is seeking a Client Services Specialist to be the first impression at our front desk. You will greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and help route individuals to essential mental health services.

You will coordinate scheduling, insurance verification, and intake processes, assist families with enrollment, and support the clinical team to ensure timely referrals.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; BA preferred.
• Minimum two years in a behavioral health or healthcare front-office role.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check-in in a welcoming manner.
• Coordinate scheduling, intake interviews, and insurance verification.
• Process payments and pursue outstanding balances.
• Maintain lobby, supplies, and accurate data entry in EMR.
• Support referrals and enrollment coordination with clinical staff.
