Job summary

Southwest Behavioral and Health Services is seeking a Front Office Representative for our Metro Outpatient Clinic. This full-time role supports the Inpatient team with scheduling, coordination, and compassionate front-desk service.

The position handles refill requests, authorizations, lab results, and prescriber coordination. Medical Assistants are encouraged to apply; a strong emphasis on clear communication and care is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D required.
• Clerical experience preferred, ideally in behavioral health.
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona DPS or eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

• Process refill requests, medication issues and prior authorizations.
• Process and monitor lab results.
• Administer injections as needed.
• Coordinate prescriber schedules and assist with consumer appointments.
