Access Community Health Network (ACCESS) in Chicago seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to welcome patients, guide check-in, collect data, schedule appointments, and help ensure visits run smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience with Epic EMR, deliver high-quality customer service in our patient‑centered medical home, and support our mission of health equity.

Requirements include a high school diploma, basic computer skills, CPR/BLS, and the ability to work evenings and Saturdays;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming front desk environment.
• Guide patients through check-in, data collection, scheduling, payments, and ensure smooth visits.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic EMR.
