Qualifications

• Proficiency with EHR systems or ability to learn software quickly.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; training provided.
• High school diploma is required; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Manage incoming calls and route to the right teams by urgency.
• Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms.
• Verify and document insurance benefits in patient charts.
• Log all interactions in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow.
• Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations.
