The Role

The Patient Services Representative is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a full-time position based out of our St. Louis, MO location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.

Schedule

This position is full-time, at 40 hours per week, working 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage (about once per month).

What You’ll Do

You will be a key part of the patient experience at our Tulsa clinic: keeping things moving, keeping patients informed, and keeping the front desk running with care and precision.

• Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued
• Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
• The ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they are stressed or scared
• Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly
• Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; we provide training
