Job summary

Celebration Health & Wellness, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk / Medical Reception Professional in St. Cloud, FL. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional patient experience in a busy obstetrics and gynecology practice.

Requirements include fluency in English and Spanish, high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Prior OB/GYN or medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish.
• 1+ year in Obstetrics & Gynecology or medical front desk.
• Experience with insurance, benefits and eligibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple providers.
• Assist with insurance verification, benefits, and eligibility.
• Answer calls and route messages; check patients in/out and collect payments.
• Perform administrative tasks (scanning, data entry) and HIPAA compliance.
