Job summary

Access Community Health Network in Chicago, IL seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome patients, manage check-ins, data collection, scheduling, and payments, ensuring a smooth visit. You will deliver high-quality service within a patient-centered medical home model and receive Epic EMR training.

Preferred candidates include bilingual English/Spanish speakers with basic computer skills and CPR/BLS certification, ready for evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/Basic Life Support Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming environment at the front desk.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure visits run smoothly.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic EMR.
