Job summary

LA Crystal Hotel is seeking a Customer Service Agent for the Front Desk, fluent in English and Spanish to assist guests with calls, reservations, and information during shifts. You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to fulfill requests while maintaining a cheerful, helpful demeanor.

Your role includes handling wake-up calls, logging guest needs, and addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive guest experience at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21+
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and MS Office; fast typing (60+ WPM).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and route to correct department or assist guests directly.
• Perform essential Front Desk duties and guest services.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to fulfill requests.
• Provide accurate hotel information (hours, directions, services).
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Record wake-up calls and log guest requests for supervisor review.
• Assist guests with concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
