Job summary

Crystal Creek Hospitality seeks a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent to join the team and deliver outstanding hospitality. You will work with the Front Desk, Concierge and Guest Experience teams, handling reservations, check-ins, and guest requests with a welcoming attitude.

The role emphasizes courteous service, accuracy in transactions, and alignment with brand standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year front desk or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with OPERA or similar Property Management Systems is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and guests with diplomacy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome and respond to requests.
• Process reservations, check-ins, check-outs, upgrades and room moves accurately.
• Handle billing, payments, and express checkout procedures.
• Operate the switchboard and manage guest requests and follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel marketing programs, VIP events and local information.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized lobby and workstation.
