Sysco Charlotte is seeking an outside sales professional to promote our products and services and nurture relationships with new and existing accounts. The role emphasizes helping Sysco customers succeed while meeting sales and profit goals, with potential non-traditional hours to serve customers.

The position involves developing new business, researching customer needs, and delivering tailored product recommendations, with travel up to 75%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relatable experience including Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Experience in B2B or outside sales.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet those needs.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers based on business needs and goals.
• Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with credit terms.
• Manage deliveries to routing schedules and troubleshoot order issues.
• Participate in company functions, promotions, and customer visits.
• Attend and participate in sales and district meetings.
• Engage in ongoing training and assist with training of new employees.
