Sysco is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to promote our products and services to new and existing accounts. This outside sales role focuses on helping customers succeed while meeting Sysco sales and profit goals. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required to serve customers effectively.

You will develop new business, nurture relationships, and coordinate deliveries, while participating in ongoing training and company events to drive growth and success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline.
• Or a high school diploma (HSD/GED) with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience.
• Sysco Sales Internship completion is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and present a mix of products and services.
• Explain market trends and product value to customers.
• Promote products, pricing, availability, and usage to customers.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and company events.
• Collect outstanding balances with credit terms as required.
• Coordinate deliveries per routing schedule and troubleshoot order issues.
• Participate in sales meetings, promotions, and customer visits.
• Engage in ongoing training and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Review daily/weekly reports and prepare budgets, quotes, and menu suggestions.
• Perform administrative duties related to sales records and reports.
