Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Bilingual Food Production Supervisor for Rogers, AR on a direct‑hire basis. You will lead daily production operations on the 1st shift, focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, and coach staff to meet customer specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), at least 2 years in production/safety, bilingual English/Spanish, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree, technical training, manufacturing coursework, or leadership development training preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food production operations including processing, packaging, shipping, sanitation, and inventory.
• Create production schedules and ensure products meet customer specs and goals.
• Train, coach, and cross-train staff on safety, processes, and compliance.
• Promote workplace safety with daily safety meetings and hazard addressing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and production teams.
• Support audits, recalls, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA/FSIS, and OSHA.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review timecards and assist with staffing and workforce development.
• Mentor production leads and support employee growth opportunities.
