Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Bilingual Food Production Supervisor for Rogers, AR on a direct‑hire basis. You will lead daily production operations on the 1st shift, focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, and coach staff to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote workplace safety with daily safety meetings and hazard addressing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales and production teams.
• Support audits, recalls, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA/FSIS, and OSHA.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review timecards and assist with staffing and workforce development.
• Mentor production leads and support employee growth opportunities.
