You will manage staffing, attendance, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or leadership training preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily warehouse and assembly operations, ensuring throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Hold daily management meetings to review goals, safety updates, and initiatives.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and people-centric workplace with training and tools for success.
• Coach and hold teammates accountable to SOPs, quality standards, and values.
• Manage scheduling, time, and attendance in Paycom with accuracy and compliance.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, and morale to deliver results across programs.
