Job summary

AIG is seeking a Claims Intake Analyst (FNOL) in the Claims Department in Puerto Rico to handle initial claim reports and ensure timely setup in the claims system. You'll monitor inbox, capture details, create notes, assign to teams, assist with payments, and watch for fraud indicators, all while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and study.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Monitor FNOL inbox and manage incoming reports.
• Capture complete incident details in the claims system with high accuracy.
• Create detailed, clear notes documenting claims information.
• Assign claims based on type and complexity.
• Assist with claims payments as needed.
• Identify fraud indicators and escalate appropriately.
• Follow established workflows and quality standards.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews.
