Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent and prior customer service experience.
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fully bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Handle initial claim reports from policyholders and third parties.
  • Enter incident details accurately into the claims system.
  • Create clear notes and assign claims to appropriate teams.
  • Support with basic claims processing and QA reviews.
  • Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include: Key Responsibilities* Monitor FNOL inbox.* Capture complete and accurate information about incidents, damage and parties involved into claims management system with high accuracy.* Create detailed, clear notes documenting claims information.* Assign claims to appropriate team based on claim types and complexity.* Assists with claims payments occasionally.* Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately.* Follow established workflows and procedures.* Meeting productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards.* Participate in quality assurance reviews.* Any other job related responsibility / project required by AIG. **What you’ll need to succeed** The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant change and possess the following skills: Qualifications* Associate's degree or equivalent of a combination of experience and studies.* Experience in customer service role.* Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word.* Detail-oriented with strong data entry accuracy.* Fully bilingual.
