Compass Family Services is hiring a Bilingual Floater Case Manager in San Francisco. You will fill in for Case Managers across the agency, joining one Compass team for durations from weeks to months.

You will provide trauma-informed, supportive client services and help families achieve stability and well-being. Responsibilities include building relationships, developing short- and long-range goals with families, counseling, crisis intervention, and referrals.
