Capital Automotive Group is seeking a bilingual Automotive Fleet Account Representative (Inside Sales) to join our Raleigh team. You will engage with fleet customers, make high-volume outbound calls, and manage a CRM-driven sales process in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, relationship-building, and achievement of sales targets with bonuses and career growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for customer conversations.
• Experience in sales or call center environments preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with CRM systems such as VinSolutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50–70 outbound calls per day to generate new business.
• Connect with owners and fleet customers to understand vehicle and fleet needs.
• Provide bilingual service to customers in English and Spanish.
• Grow revenue by strengthening existing relationships and generating new business.
• Manage pipeline and follow up using the CRM.
• Collaborate with the team and celebrate wins.
• Deliver exceptional service from first contact to final sale.
