Capital Automotive Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking an energetic Automotive Fleet Account Representative (Inside Sales) to join our Fleet Management team. You will make 50-70 outbound calls daily, connect with business owners and fleet customers, and drive new business while nurturing existing relationships.

You will manage your pipeline in our CRM, collaborate with a high-energy team, and be rewarded with bonuses and career growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call center experience (preferred).
• Automotive experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience with VinSolutions or another CRM (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through 50-70 outbound calls each day.
• Connect with business owners and fleet customers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs.
• Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
