Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to communicate with customers in both languages.
• Experience with outbound calling and achieving sales targets is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Make 50–70 outbound calls daily to build relationships with fleet customers.
• Understand vehicle and fleet needs and communicate them effectively.
• Manage pipeline and follow up using our CRM to close deals.
• Deliver excellent customer service from first contact to final sale.
