Job summary

Capital Automotive Group in Raleigh is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Specialist for our Fleet Management team. You will be on a fast-paced, high-energy inside sales floor, building relationships with business owners and fleet customers while driving sales opportunities.

You’ll handle 50-70 outbound calls daily, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and collaborate with a supportive team. Expect training, coaching, and an environment that rewards performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with VinSolutions or other CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships through 50-70 outbound calls each day.
• Connect with business owners and fleet customers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs.
• Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
