Capital Automotive Group is growing its Raleigh team and seeking an energetic Automotive Fleet Account Representative (Inside Sales). You will handle dozens of outbound calls daily, connect with business owners and fleet managers, and drive new business while nurturing existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or call centers is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and fleet customers.

• Build relationships through 50-70 outbound calls each day.
• Connect with business owners and fleet customers to understand their vehicle and fleet needs.
• Generate new business while strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Manage your pipeline and follow up using our CRM.
• Collaborate with an amazing team that celebrates wins and supports one another.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the first conversation to the final sale.
