Job summary

World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative in Texas to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, prepare tax returns, and assist customers with financial needs. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation is $15–$18 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, and there are opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently perform bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review documentation, and assist customers with tax questions in compliance.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
