Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative Bilingual (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation is $16-$17 per hour based on experience and location, with performance-based bonus opportunities and potential advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct outbound calls for collections, follow-ups, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax-related services.
• Process payments and update account information in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with customers.
• Balance cash and complete bank deposits as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete required training and meet performance expectations.
