World Finance Corporation of New Mexico is seeking a bilingual Financial Services Representative (FSR) in Kirtland, NM. You will drive loan sales, manage delinquencies, and assist customers with tax services and accounts.

You will handle high-volume outbound calls, meet performance goals, and work with customers in person to close loans while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping. This role offers performance-based earnings and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to transport deposits for bank runs.
• Bilingual in English and Navajo.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or collections with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-ups, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in company systems.
