Job summary

World Finance Company of Utah LLC is seeking a Financial Services Representative Bilingual (FSR) to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. This in-person role requires daily outbound calling and meeting customers to close loans.

You will handle high-volume collections, assist with tax services, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance goals. A fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Substantial outbound daily outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business generation; thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review required documentation, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and balance cash, including bank runs for deposits.
