Job summary

World Finance in Kirtland, NM is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Bilingual) to drive loan applications, explain terms, and meet customers' financial needs. This role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and timely follow-up to close loans and collect on past-due accounts.

You will also prepare individual tax returns and assist with tax questions while supporting branch operations in a fast-paced environment. English and Navajo language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and account questions.
