CUMIS Union is seeking a Service Representative to deliver efficient, responsive support to external customers and internal partners within a hybrid team. The role covers a wide range of inquiries related to credit union products, including payment protection and life/inna products, with emphasis on accuracy and customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French, possess secondary education, and bring 2–5 years of customer service experience.

Formación

• Completed secondary education with 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French with strong communication skills in both languages.
• LOMA 280, LOMA 290 & ACS 100 is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide efficient, responsive service to external customers and internal partners via calls, email, or fax.
• Support sales and product information for CUMIS Creditor and Individual Life products.
• Identify complaints and opportunities for corrective action and customer retention.
• Process policy changes and administrative requests in a timely manner.
• Contribute to ongoing department evolution through training and knowledge sharing.
