Job summary

Earthmover Credit Union seeks a Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional member service across accounts, online banking, loans and transfers. You will identify cross-sell opportunities while resolving issues and ensuring data security. The role features a hybrid schedule after training and a strong benefits package.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in credit union or banking; bilingual Spanish is a plus and NMLS licensing may be required over time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years in credit union or banking preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable cross-selling appropriate products.
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Detail-oriented and accurate, works independently or in a team.
• NMLS license or ability to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming member calls regarding accounts, online banking, loans, transfers, and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional service and identify opportunities to cross-sell products.
• Assist members with online banking, mobile app, and basic tech issues.
• Access accounts to review balances, transactions, and loan information.
• Research and resolve member account concerns accurately and quickly.
• Meet service, sales, and performance goals.
• Promote ECU products and services including loan opportunities.
• Assist with Consumer and Mortgage loan applications.
• Identify and raise potential fraud risks; maintain information security.
• Contribute to team performance and create a positive member experience.
