World Finance is hiring a Financial Services Representative in El Paso, TX. You will drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax preparation and financial needs.

The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and the ability to close loans while meeting performance goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a compensation range of $15–$18 per hour and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales and close loan applications.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and local in-person meetings.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Provide customer service and financial product recommendations in person.
